Since July 2003, we have had the honor of maintaining a partnership with the Centro Rotário Educacional, Social, Cultural e Recreativo - CRESCER. Over the years, we have hired 75 young people who, through the work carried out by CRESCER, have had the opportunity to develop their skills and build a more promising future.
CRESCER is a non-profit socio-educational organization operating for over 38 years, offering the Humanist Education for Work Course. This course focuses on young people's personal development and training in vulnerable situations, preparing them to enter the job market. Through educational and vocational work programs, CRESCER promotes coexistence and strengthening bonds, ensuring that its participants acquire the necessary skills for regular, paid employment.
We are proud to be part of this transformative initiative and will continue to support CRESCER in its mission to promote education and social inclusion. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of many young people.
