Since 2005, has been providing advisory and contractual services in business negotiations, focusing on the design, structuring, and development of real estate ventures in their various forms (e.g., residential, office buildings, industrial and logistics warehouses, shopping centers, hospitals, schools, sports arenas, condo-hotels, base radio stations, hotels, among others). Also has extensive experience with distressed real estate assets, agribusiness, credit purchases, judicial acquisitions of properties, and the structuring of real guarantees in financial transactions (including in the context of DIP Financing).
