Acting in structured capital market operations, with an emphasis on the real estate market, for the issuance of securities, such as real estate receivables certificates, debentures, promissory notes and real estate investment fund quotas, for placement through public offerings registered with the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) and B3, in accordance with CVM Resolution 160 and other applicable resolutions, drafting contracts and instruments relating to the issues, as well as consulting and researching case law, and carrying out real estate audits.
